April 23rd, 2010 is an Inservice Day and there will be no school for students.

There is a website where you can sign up to receive cell phone texts of Amber Alerts that happen in our area. Their goal is to notify as many people as possible in the area where the child was reported missing.
“The campaign is designed to educate the public about the program, inspire them to sign up for the alerts, and most importantly, increase the number of people who may be able to help in locating an abducted child. “

The regular school election will be held on May 4, 2010. Nominating petitions or the $100 fee are due to the County Clerk/Election Coordinator by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, February 9, 2010.

Would you like to help a local child in need? The cafeteria staff at Cass City Public Schools is taking action and looking for your help. The goal is to include 100 qualifying children in the BackPack Program for second semester of this school year. We have been successful in acquiring the backpacks for the project and now we have to fill them! Please help us towards supporting these local children.
