Pay a monthly premium of only $10.

  • $10 per month per family
  • No extra charge for more than one child
  • No co-pays and no deductibles

Qualification

To quality, children must:

  • Be citizens of the U.S. (some legal immigrants qualify)
  • Live in Michigan, even for a short time
  • Be under 19 years old
  • Have no health insurance
  • Meet the income requirements
