Hello!

I have now been a “thumb-area” resident and a member of Cass City High School’s teaching staff for the past four years. In my four years, I have taught Algebra I, Algebra I-9, Algebra Support, Advanced Math Support, Chemistry – 11, Pre-Calculus and Calculus. I absolutely love math and science!

I am originally from Charlotte, Michigan whereupon I graduated from Charlotte High School. After graduation, I went to Kettering University and earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Automotive Powertrains. I worked as an automotive development engineer for 4 years prior to going back for my teaching certificate. 

In 2008 I got married and relocated to the “thumb-area” to live on my husband’s centennial farm. I now have two children, Eli – 2 and Audra – 1. In my free time I enjoy showing horses and running.
