On April 3rd, students 8th through 11th grade will be doing the Digital Readiness Check. Students will report to their testing room, will sign in with their test ticket, and complete all requirements. Please bring your school issued chromebook fully charged that day.
Annual Chamber Dinner
The Cass City Chamber is looking for volunteers to help at the Annual Chamber Dinner on Friday, April 12th from 5:30-8:30. Please sign up using the Sign Up link on your Launchpad.
KB's Grill and Chill are looking for a few students who are 16 or older who are reliable and able to provide excellent customer service, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule is required.

B) Be a graduating high school senior or a high school graduate intending to enter an accredited and degree granting institution of higher learning

Awarded to one graduating high school senior from Cass City Community Schools, Caro Community Schools, Unionville-Sebewaing Area Schools, Bad Axe Community Schools, Harbor Beach Community Schools, or Ubly Community Schools.
Focus of this scholarship will be balancing academics, school sponsored extracurricular activities, and personal life, as well as being recognized as a hardworking and respectful young adult, who encourages others to smile and enjoy every day, as Parker exemplified all of these qualities. The $1,500 scholarship will be awarded to a student who is admitted and enrolled to attend Michigan State University. Extra weight will be given to students planning on a mathematics/natural sciences major. Student applicants should have a 3.5 or better cumulative grade in their high school academic career, be a National Honor Society member for at least one year, and be able to demonstrate multiple seasons of active involvement in student activities in their school. Include two letters of recommendation from high school teacher, counselor/academic advisor and/or athletic/team/organization coach.
The applicant should include an essay (2-3 pages, typed and double-spaced) describing aspects of how he/she has been shaped into the person they are now, what their goals and aspirations are, and how they have demonstrated some of the qualities that Parker exhibited. Include intended college major. Proof of enrollment must be provided; scholarship money will be sent directly to Michigan State University; the student recipient is responsible to provide their student ID number and a copy of their class schedule, prior to the scholarship being sent to Michigan State University. Applicants must also submit additional resume/local scholarship application form.
Awarded to s senior who will be attending MSU and pursuing a degree from the College of Ag. Include transcript, letters of rec., and an essay. Application found online or in guidance.

The scholarship is awarded to a student who has been accepted to MSU. The application must include a list of extracurricular activities, awards, honors and work experience. A narrative essay describing an educational experience that had a strong impact on you and why you chose MSU and how you plan to take advantage of all the possibilities offered.
