Absentee ballots will be available through your local township clerk’s office beginning March 26, 2026

Voter Registration

You may register to vote at www.michigan.com/vote. You may also register in person at the Secretary of State’s office or local township clerk’s office up to and including election day.

OFFICIAL BALLOT LANGUAGE

Shall Cass City Public Schools, Tuscola, Huron, and Sanilac Counties, Michigan, borrow the sum of not to exceed Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000) and issue its general obligation unlimited tax bonds therefor, in one or more series, for the purpose of:

erecting, furnishing, and equipping additions to school buildings; remodeling, furnishing and refurnishing, and equipping and reequipping school buildings, including school safety and security improvements; acquiring and installing instructional technology; equipping, preparing, developing, and improving athletic fields and facilities, playgrounds, and sites; and purchasing school buses?

Bond proceeds CANNOT be used for:

• Administration, professional or support staff benefits, salaries and/or wages
• Classroom textbooks or educational materials
• General operating expenses and maintenance
