To coordinate the fundraisers that originate through Cass City Public Schools, the Fundraising Request Form must be completed and submitted for approval to the Superintendent at least two weeks prior to the fundraiser.
In order for compliance with our board policy and governmental account standards please note:
- No gifts/wages to staff members, coaches, or volunteers.
- No tax – Please ensure taxes are not charged on your purchases as taxes are not reimbursable. This packet includes tax exempt forms and if you are looking to purchase items online, please see the building secretaries. They have access to Cass City’s accounts for Walmart.com and Amazon.
- Purchases for accounts should be documented in the intent and purpose of the fundraiser form.
- Prior approval from your principal or AD are always a good idea if it is something new.
