K of C Free Throw Competition
Since 1972, K of C councils have sponsored the Knights of Columbus Free Throw Championship for boys and girls from the ages of 9 to 14 to provide an athletic outlet and encourage the values of sportsmanship and healthy competition. On Thursday during Phys Ed, students can compete within their own gender and age and progress from local level to district, regional and state competition. Council 8892 will be here and will be running the event for those interested. Those who participate will receive a certificate and winners will receive an engraved plaque.
