The forms will be in the Cass City Elementary office. Once the form is complete please turn it back in to the Elementary Office no later than Friday. May 29, 2026.  

We will not be accepting any forms after Friday, May 29, 2026.

Wednesday and Thursday, April 29 & 30th - 5th Grade

Tuesday, May 5 - 4th/5th/6th Grade

Wednesday, May 6 - 4th/5th/6th Grade

Thursday, May 7 - 3rd Grade

Tuesday, May 12 - 4th/5th/6th Grade

Wednesday, May 13 - 4th/5th/6th Grade

Thursday, May 14 - 3rd/4th Grade
