Be Nice initiative (Tuesday)

Today's Be Nice focus is E - Empower. Empower yourself and others by remembering that your actions matter - you can positively impact how someone thinks, feels, and acts. There are always people who care, resources to help, and reasons to have hope. Be the reason someone feels supported today.

Today we're focusing on the letter C - Challenge. Challenge the stigma around mental health - talk about it openly and support others who do the same. Challenge yourself to check in on someone or ask the tough questions that show you care. Sometimes a simple "Are you okay?" can make a big difference. 

Today's Be Nice focus is I-Invite.  If you notice someone may be struggling, take a risk and reach out. Invite them to talk, sit with you, or just check in. And if you're having a hard time, invite someone you trust into your world - you don't have to handle things alone.
