Be Nice initiative (Friday)

Today we're focusing on the letter C - Challenge. Challenge the stigma around mental health - talk about it openly and support others who do the same. Challenge yourself to check in on someone or ask the tough questions that show you care. Sometimes a simple "Are you okay?" can make a big difference. 

Today's Be Nice focus is I-Invite.  If you notice someone may be struggling, take a risk and reach out. Invite them to talk, sit with you, or just check in. And if you're having a hard time, invite someone you trust into your world - you don't have to handle things alone.

As a Be Nice school, today we're focusing on the letter N-Notice. Take a moment to notice what's right and good about the people around you. When you really notice someone, you're also more likely to recognize when something seems off - like changes in how they're thinking, acting, or feeling. Paying attention is the first step in supporting each other.

There was a pink makeup mirror left in the art room after the play. If it is not collected by Friday, it will be thrown out.
